Will I need to update permalinks to items in the catalog (Library Search) in my LibGuides with the transition?
Links from the current Library Search and Primo VE beta (which will get a new domain) will redirect when we go live and should work for some time. However, it is strongly encouraged that you update all links after June 22nd. Less redirecting means quicker load times and fewer opportunities for errors. Can I still access the same materials?
Yes, the same collections are available to you, including books, articles, and more from the OHSU Library, Summit, and Interlibrary Loan, though the way you find these things will be a bit different.
Can I still view my library account?
Yes, your library account will stay the same.
Can I still access the old interface?
The old Library Search will no longer be available.
Will the new Library Search work on my mobile device?
Yes. The mobile interface allows you to search the entire collection directly from your mobile device.
Does new Library Search work with citation management tools?
Yes, you will be able to export results to various tools.
